We have been very busy making fantastic improvements to our practice in Northiam, including improved car parking and horsebox turning and a brand new Mark Scott arena.
We are now able to invite horses into our clinic for lameness assessments. We have a hard trot up and hard/soft lunging area, a brand new Mark Scott arena and the very latest in digital x-ray and scanning equipment. Along with our team of vets, we are offering this additional service for clients that might prefer to bring their horse to us. We do, of course, continue to also bring our services to you, as all of our equipment is mobile.
Our vet, Giulia Tagliaferri, has a special interest in lameness and performance issues, alongside studying for her ISELP certificate, (The International Society of Equine Locomotor Pathology) which is an internationally recognised certificate which focuses on lameness diagnostics and treatment. Many of our clients have already met Giulia and had a diagnosis and treatment for their horses lameness and performance issues.
Reuben is an Advanced Practitioner in Equine Surgery (Orthopaedics) and regularly carries out lameness diagnostics and treatment.
